Warwick Christian College is seeking a dedicated and reliable Operations Manager to join our College community. Being part of the leadership team, the school Operations Manager provides strategic and operational insights for all the business and non-teaching functions of the schools to ensure our school achieves its education objectives and is sustainable.

Key responsibilities:
- School Administration: Work closely with the Administration Manager to oversee the College’s administrative, human resources, and financial operations, including enrolments, compliance reporting, records management, payroll oversight, budgeting, marketing, and HR administration.
- Facilities and ICT: Oversee the strategic and operational management of the school’s facilities, grounds, transport services, and information technology resources to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient learning environment. Manage school bus operations and transport services, scheduling oversight, compliance monitoring, and the implementation of safety standards. Lead the planning, procurement, maintenance, and support of ICT systems, networks, hardware, software, and digital resources to meet the educational and operational needs of the school.
- Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of maintenance, refurbishment, and capital improvement projects, ensuring completion within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee day-to-day building operations to maintain a safe, functional, and efficient workplace environment. Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and service providers, monitoring performance and ensuring service delivery meets organisational requirements.
- Workplace Health & Safety: Comply with all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies, procedures, and safe work practices; identifying, reporting, and assisting in the management of workplace hazards and risks; following incident reporting processes and contributing to the resolution of safety issues where required.
- Additional duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Principal.
About you:

- Experience working in similar role in an independent school setting (K-12).
- Strong financial management and budgeting expertise.
- High-level organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to lead and manage administrative processes and staff.
- A commitment to compliance, governance and continuous improvement.
- Alignment with the values and ethos of the College.
