PE Assistant

Do you enjoy being active, working with young people, and being part of a vibrant Christian school community? We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Health & PE Assistant to join our team.

In this dynamic role, you’ll help bring our Health & PE programs to life by providing practical, operational, and administrative support to staff and students. From preparing equipment and maintaining sporting facilities to assisting with school sports events and activities, no two days are the same.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone currently studying or pursuing a career in coaching, personal training, physical education, sport and recreation, or a related discipline, providing valuable hands-on experience in a supportive school environment

This is a part-time position of 0.8 FTE for 41 weeks a year to be worked each school term and 1 week before the beginning of Term 1 each year.

Qualifications and Experience
> Understanding of confidentiality within the school environment

> High level administrative and organisational skills with an ability to coordinate and focus on multiple areas and projects at the same time.

> Proficient use of Microsoft Office essential.

> Appropriate communication skills to handle parent, staff and student interactions professionally and

efficiently.

> Ability to learn new systems, processes and take instruction from a number of staff.

> Experience working with minimal supervision
