Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA) is a not-for-profit network of seven schools across Perth. With over 900 staff and 5000 students, SCEA is united in its mission:

We are seeking a relational and passionate Enrolments Coordinator to join our Central Office in a full-time position commencing on the 1st July, 2026. This is a 1 year fixed-term contract.
The Enrolments Coordinator is responsible for supporting system-wide enrolment engagement, campaign coordination, lead management, and enquiry conversion activities across SCEA Schools and Swanonline.
The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening enrolment sustainability, enhancing brand cohesion, and supporting SCEA’s strategic vision of a unified and flourishing Christian learning community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the central point of contact for prospective families, delivering warm, professional support throughout the enrolment journey.
- Coordinate enquiries and enrolment leads across SCEA Schools and Swanonline to ensure timely follow-up and a seamless family experience.
- Coordinate enrolment campaigns aligned with the CHARIS brand and broader marketing strategy.
- Track campaign engagement, manage enquiry activity, and support reporting and continuous improvement across the enrolment journey.
- Collaborate with school leaders, enrolment, marketing, and Central Office teams to ensure smooth enrolment coordination and communication
- Support operational activities including tours, events, follow-ups, and workflows to deliver a responsive, service-oriented enrolment experience
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrate a committed Christian faith by actively supporting the College’s Christian life and aligning with the Association’s Statement of Faith, Christian Lifestyle Statement, and educational objectives.
- Experience in enrolments, customer engagement, sales, stakeholder relations, or campaign coordination.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage professionally with families and stakeholders.
- Highly organised with excellent administration skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident using CRM, Microsoft Office, and digital systems, with strong reporting skills and professional discretion.
- Holds a current Working with Children card, and Department of Education Criminal History Check, or willingness to apply.
Desirable Selection Criteria and Personal Skills:

- Experience with enrolment processes, marketing campaigns, lead management, or conversion tracking.
- Experience using reporting tools, enrolment analytics, and campaign reporting systems.

- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
- Committed to excellence and supporting a flourishing Christian learning community.
