The Marketing Manager will promote the achievements and talents of our K-12 school community, showcasing the School and fostering strong word-of-mouth recommendations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for further establishing a strong pipeline of new enrolments. Working closely with key stakeholders, the successful candidate will foster authentic and productive relationships whilst leading and executing marketing initiatives with creativity and purpose.

Working alongside enthusiastic and engaged teams of school staff, the Marketing and Community Engagement Manager will take initiative to bring fresh ideas to life, driving the marketing and community engagement space.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communications
• Marketing analysis, planning and strategic development
• Website and social media management
• Advertising and brand management
• Publications
• Media liaison

Community Engagement
• School liaison for Parent Connect (P&C)
• Coordination of school wide and significant community events
• Liaise with Heads of Department to provide assistance where necessary with department-based community  events
• Liaise with Chapel Gallery Coordinator as required
• Engage with broader community as required

Essential Requirements:
• Relevant marketing qualifications and experience, and a proven capacity to develop strategy.
• Appreciation for design.
• Proven written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven event management skills and experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and set priorities to meet competing deadlines.
• Attention to detail.

Desirable:
• Experience in marketing, sales or administration particularly in the education industry highly regarded.
• Proven photography skills.

Reporting to the Principal, the role is a permanent full-time position working 5 days per week during term time plus 3 days in Week 0 and 2 days in each holiday period. Hours of work are 8:00am – 4:00pm with flexibility to attend events outside of school hours. The school provides flexible working arrangements for time-in-lieu. This role is for an immediate start.

Remuneration:
Salary and related conditions are in accordance with the NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi Enterprise Agreement 2024.
