Primary Teachers – Early Childhood, Middle & Upper Primary | 2027

ABOUT THE ROLE 
Regent College is seeking passionate and committed teachers for anticipated teaching positions commencing in Term 1, 2027.  Teaching positions are anticipated across the following areas (including relief):

• Early Childhood: Kindergarten – Year 2
• Middle Primary: Years 3 – 4
• Upper Primary: Years 5 – 6

These are full-time (1.0 FTE) fixed-term position (excluding relief), with ongoing employment anticipated following successful completion of a six-month probationary period.

Key to the Role: 
To carry out the professional duties of a teacher in accordance with the school’s policies, under the direction of the Principal. The successful applicants will demonstrate:

• Sound knowledge and experience in Early Childhood, Middle or Upper Primary Education, with an understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum and Assessment Outline and relevant Australian Curriculum requirements.
• Sound knowledge of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, including the domains of Professional Knowledge, Professional Practice and Professional Engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A creative, compassionate, and student-centred approach to teaching and learning.
• Confidence in expressing and modelling their Christian faith within the College community.
