Bus Driver
We are currently seeking reliable and caring casual bus drivers to join our College community.

Experience is welcome, but not essential. If you don’t yet hold a Medium Rigid (MR) licence, we still encourage you to apply. We are happy to support the successful candidate in obtaining their MR licence and Driver Accreditation where required.

Role and Responsibilities
Students are transported on the school bus in a safe, secure and punctual manner.
Ensure the school bus is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
Provide behavioural management of students whilst on the bus runs to and from school and home.
Assist in the scheduling and organisation of the school bus runs.
Qualifications
A Medium Rigid (MR) drivers licence as issued by the Department for Infrastucture and Transport.
(or willingness to obtain with College support)
South Australian Government Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid qualification – BELS First Aid training (HLTAID010) at a minimum.
Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) Training.
Skills and Abilities
Experience in operating a large passenger vehicle.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with staff, students and parents.
Ability to be flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
