Secondary TAS Teacher – 2027

Full-time Secondary position teaching Stages 4-6 TAS (Hospitality/Food Tech, Textiles or Multimedia preferred), commencing Term 1, 2027.

• Enjoy the variety and challenge of teaching Stages 4-6 TAS students.
• This role would suit a specialist in Food Technology/Hospitality, Textiles and Design or Graphics and Mulltimedia, and will be tailored to your specialisation and teaching experience where possible.
• Share your love for Jesus and have a positive impact on the lives of students in a Christian context

Selection Criteria

• A strong Christian faith and an active member of a local Protestant church
• An understanding and/or experience of teaching from a Christian worldview
• Experience and appropriate qualifications in teaching Stages 4-6 TAS Subjects
• An ability to provide high quality explicit teaching and learning programs that leverage ICT
• An understanding of best-practice approaches in student assessment
• Excellent classroom management
• Well-developed interpersonal skills

Mandatory Requirements

• Current Protestant church minister’s referee details
• Completion of the school’s online application form
• Current NSW Working With Children Check approval number
• NSW Teacher Accreditation number
