Northside Christian College is currently seeking a caring and capable Executive Assistant to the Director of Primary and Director of Student Culture and Development, to commence in January 2026.

About the Position

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Director of Primary and Director of Student Culture and Development through well prioritised planning and efficient administrative and secretarial support.
  • Maintenance of the calendar, including appointments and arrangement of meetings for the Director of Primary and the Director of Student Culture and Development.
  • Research and/or gather relevant data on specific directed topics to enable the Director of Primary and the Director of Student Culture and Development to respond to issues.
  • Attend to daily correspondence, prioritising for the Director of Primary and the Director of Student Culture and Development.
  • Other duties deemed appropriate by the Principal to support the efficient functioning of the College.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in an Executive or Personal Assistance role (school setting preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with school administration systems (eg SEQTA) is highly desirable
  • A warm, professional and organised approach
  • A committed Christian with a heart for service
  • Holds or is willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check
