We are currently seeking an individual to join our Student Services team on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week. It requires a mature person with initiative, experience and exceptional organisation and planning skills. The successful applicant will have the ability to prioritise their own workload, as well as contributing to a high performing team environment.
Our Student Services Administrators report to the Student Services Manager and together provide a suite of internal and external services to our parents, students and staff.
The primary goal is to build strong long-lasting relationships with our parents, carers,students and teachers, always being mindful to take care of their needs and to enjoy the gift of service.
Overall, the Student Services team are responsible for:
- Supporting students’ attendance and administrative needs
- Supporting medical services in First Aid and Sick Bay facilities
- Maintaining student records through our student management systems and processes
- Supporting print room management
- Assisting with sports program administration
- Assisting in the organisation of special College events
- Maintaining bus/coach bookings for excursions
- Maintaining camp/excursion administration
- Facilitating WHS management including following up on Student Accident/Incident reports
- Assist with covering Reception
- Supporting the uniform policy

The successful candidates will have:
- Previous experience working in the school sector
- Have strong communication skills and strong computer literacy. Including, ideally, Sentral School
- Management System, Microsoft and Adobe products and has experience with the Funnel CRM
- Be a committed Christian with a strong understanding of your faith
- An ability to assent to the College Statement of Faith
- A current Working With Children Clearance
This is an ongoing, permanent position and can provide up to 7 weeks of leave each year in alignment with the school holidays.
