Essential Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in recruitment coordination or a human resources role, including end-to-end hiring processes
Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices, talent attraction strategies, and candidate management
Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates, staff, and stakeholders
Proven ability to maintain accurate records and manage data within HR systems
Experience preparing job advertisements, position descriptions, and employment documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and compliance requirements
Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Sound problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Have a current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificate or be willing to obtain
