We are looking for a qualified Inclusion Coordinator to join our growing Inclusion department.

This is a full-time position 1-year contract commencing 13 January 2026 with possibility of an ongoing position.

About Your Approach

  • Provide support and guidance in the development and implementation of appropriate programs that supporting the learning and behavioural needs of students with specific learning difficulties
  • Develop and deliver strategies and programs for individuals/small groups to support educational goals, curriculum access, learning engagement, social participation and classroom management
  • Participate in staff, group or other meetings related to the school as an organisation, administration and curriculum
  • Plan for the long-and-short-term needs of all young people using the observations and knowledge in relation to interests, skills, abilities, background and culture
  • Undertake other duties as required by Heads of School or nominated delegate
  • Document learning support plans with attention to reports and sector reporting requirements

About You

  • Active Christian faith and commitment to a church community
  • Registered (or eligible) with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
  • Minimum tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in teaching, Inclusive Education qualification desirable.
  • Experience in working with students who have a learning difficulty
  • Knowledge of inclusive education practices, program development and documentation
  • First Aid/CPR Certification required, or willing to obtain
