Grace Christian School is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Principal and Executive Team.

Grace Christian School is an independent, non-denominational Christian school affiliated with Christian Schools Australia and is a ministry of Dreambuilders Church. Located in Bunbury, the school provides Bible-based education for approximately 700 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 within a caring and Christ-centred community.

This pivotal role requires a person who is highly organised, proactive, discreet, and able to manage a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will play an important role in supporting the effective operation of the Principal’s office and the wider Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities

•         Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Principal and Executive Team

•         Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and correspondence

•         Prepare reports, agendas, minutes, presentations, and documentation

•         Coordinate meetings, events, functions, and travel arrangements

•         Maintain confidential records and information with professionalism and discretion

•         Support effective communication and administration across the school community

Essential Requirements

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

•         A committed Christian faith and active involvement in a local Bible-believing church

•         Support for the ethos and values of Christian education

•         Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative role

•         Excellent organisational and time management skills

•         High-level written and verbal communication skills

•         Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

•         High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

•         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•         Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance, or the ability to obtain
