About the role:

Glasshouse Christian College is seeking a passionate and organised Instrumental Music Coordinator to join our Primary and Secondary Music Department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting and developing a thriving instrumental music program within a vibrant Christian school community.

Working two days per week, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the College’s instrumental music program, liaising with students, families, tutors and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of lessons and performances.

As the Instrumental Music Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate the College’s instrumental music program across Primary and Secondary.
• Manage lesson timetables and student enrolments.
• Liaise with instrumental tutors, teaching staff, students and parents.
• Assist with the organisation of concerts, performances and music events.
• Maintain accurate records and administrative processes.
• Support the continued growth and excellence of the College’s music program.

About You
The successful applicant will:

• Have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Have experience in music education or arts administration (highly desirable).
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
• Support and uphold the Christian ethos and values of Glasshouse Christian College.
