About the role:
Glasshouse Christian College is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Learning Enhancement Teaching Assistant to join our Secondary Learning Enhancement team in a Full-Time Term-Time contract position.
Working closely with teachers and the Learning Enhancement team, you will provide support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their personal best in a nurturing Christian environment.
About You
The successful applicant will:
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting the learning and wellbeing of secondary students.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated Learning Enhancement team.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff and families.
- Be organised, proactive and able to work independently when required.
- Support and uphold the Christian ethos and values of Glasshouse Christian College.
