About the Role
Glasshouse Christian College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our Primary School team.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for an educator who is committed to creating engaging, student-centred learning experiences that inspire curiosity, encourage independence and foster a genuine love of learning.

Working collaboratively as part of a year-level team, the successful applicant will plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the curriculum and the College’s academic framework. They will use contemporary and innovative teaching practices to meet the diverse needs of students, while creating a supportive, well-managed and engaging classroom environment.

Central to the role is building strong relationships with students and families, contributing positively to the wider Primary School team and nurturing the academic, personal and spiritual development of each child.

About You
The successful applicant will:

• Be a committed Christian who actively supports the Christian ethos, mission and values of Glasshouse Christian College.
• Be an accomplished and passionate educator with a strong understanding of contemporary Primary teaching and learning practices.
• Create engaging, student-centred learning experiences that encourage curiosity, inquiry and a love of learning.
• Demonstrate the ability to differentiate teaching and provide appropriate adjustments to support the individual learning needs of students.
• Build positive and collaborative relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• Be a strong team player who contributes positively to year-level planning, activities and shared goals.
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to the pastoral care and wellbeing of students.
• Model Christian faith and character and actively contribute to the spiritual life of the College.
• Possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional learning and continuous improvement.
• Hold Queensland teacher registration (or be eligible to obtain registration).
