Flinders Christian Community College seeks an inspiring and visionary leader as Deputy Head of Teaching and Learning Primary School at our Tyabb campus, who will lead a team of dedicated staff who share a passion for Christian education.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of innovative and strong leadership of staff and students and will also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding and practical application of 21st Century pedagogy applicable to Primary Education. There is an expectation the Deputy Head of Teaching and Learning Primary School will lead in the context of the College’s Vision, Mission, Core Values and Goals.
