Emmaus Christian School is a growing P-10 School of over 690 students, with 730 enrolments projected for 2027. As a non-denominational Christian school, ECS continues to seek the best possible teachers, curriculum and facilities for its students, partnering with parents to provide an excellent education and mentoring within a Christian worldview.

The Deputy Principal (Strategy and Educational Operations) is a significant senior executive leadership position responsible for supporting the Principal in the faithful, strategic and effective leadership of Emmaus Christian School. The Deputy Principal translates the School’s strategic direction into disciplined implementation and dependable educational operations. The role provides whole-school leadership in strategic project delivery, school registration and educational compliance, policy implementation, timetabling, staffing continuity, and operational systems that enable teaching and learning to occur effectively.

Applicants must have:

·      An active Christian faith, active involvement in a Christian church and commitment to Christian education.

·      Recognised teaching qualifications and current teacher registration

·      A proven track record of excellence in educational leadership

·      Substantial experience leading school improvement, educational operations and organisational change with demonstrated skill in strategic project management.
