Emmanuel Christian Community School a co-educational K-12 institution in Perth’s northern suburbs has been nurturing students since 1982 and now serves over 750 students. Applications are invited from innovative and dynamic Christian teachers qualified to teach Digital Technologies and Mathematics. This is a fixed-term, part-time (0.6 FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2027, to cover a temporary reduction in teaching load.
The successful applicant will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching programs that inspire students to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence in both Digital Technologies and Mathematics.
Professional development and mentoring opportunities will be provided.
The successful applicant will:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Digital Technologies and Mathematics programs to Secondary students
- Plan, assess and report on student learning in accordance with the Western Australian Curriculum
- Work collaboratively with the Mathematics and Technologies Learning Areas to develop high-quality teaching programs and fair, consistent assessment practices
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant qualifications and experience teaching Digital Technologies and Mathematics in a Secondary setting
- Demonstrated ability to design engaging learning experiences that support students to become confident, independent and resilient learners
- Strong ICT skills and the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills

- a statement outlining your philosophy of Christian education and teaching (maximum one page)
- evidence of current registration with Teacher’s Registration Board of WA (TRBWA)
- a current Working with Children Check
- a current National Police Clearance
- proof of Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or eligibility to work in Australia.
