Position: Nominated Supervisor

Coast Community Preschool (CCP), a key ministry of Coast Community Church, operates two not-for-profit centres on the Central Coast of NSW. Our vision is to provide children and families with a “foundation for life” by helping them discover their unique identity and build confidence in our Creator God.

Our Berkeley Vale location is a 30-place long day care centre, providing nurturing and quality care in early childhood education for children aged 2 to 6 years.

About You
We are looking for someone who is a committed and compassionate leader, someone that shares our heart for families and our passion for seeing children thrive. As a small Christian service, it’s important to us that our team is led by someone with a strong Christian faith. Someone that inspires, equips, and encourages both the families in our care and the team they’ll be leading.

We’re seeking someone who can confidently support and guide a small, dedicated team, while also working collaboratively alongside our Operations Manager. Someone who builds authentic relationships, leads with humility and integrity, and brings encouragement rooted in faith to everything they do.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Diploma or ECT qualification
A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Current Senior First Aid (desirable but not essential)
Approved training in anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management (desirable but not essential)
