Position: High School Mathematics Teacher

Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Belrose, NSW
Starting Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement engaging, differentiated lessons for students in Years 7-12.

· Develop strong programming that meets the diverse needs and interests of students.

· Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that aligns with our Christian values.

· Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to encourage growth.

· Foster a close partnership with parents to enhance the educational experience and development of each child.

· Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

· Be willing to teach other subject areas as needed, contributing to the overall curriculum and student development.

· Work effectively in a team and independently, contributing to the school’s home-like environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Valid teaching accreditation in NSW.

· Proven experience in teaching Mathematics to high school students, Years 7-12.

· Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and curriculum development.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to inspire and motivate students with a positive and enthusiastic approach.

· Flexibility and willingness to teach other subject areas.

· Ability to program independently.

· Desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of teenagers.
