We’re seeking warm, enthusiastic individuals to join our Boarding Supervision team, supporting young people in a caring, Christ-centered environment. 🛏️ Boarding Supervisors – Full-Time shifts: • Weekday afternoons & overnights (3:15pm–9:30pm, sleepover, 6:00am–8:30am) • Weekend day shifts (8:00am–4:00pm)   What You’ll Do: ✔ Create a home-away-from-home for our students ✔ Be a positive role model, inspiring faith and leadership ✔ Plan fun, engaging activities ✔ Support daily routines, meals, and family communication ✔ Join a collaborative, values-driven team   Who You Are: • Warm, approachable, and a great communicator • Flexible, organised, and eager to make a difference • Passionate about fostering a safe, supportive environment   What you’ll need: • LR License (Manual) with PTD (to obtain as part of recruitment process) • Working with Children Check & First Aid Certificate (we’ll help you get these!) • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check   • Training provided on the job: PeaceWise ‘Everyday Peacemaking’, National Principles on the Right of the Child, Administration of Medication, Safe Food Handling • Bonus qualifications (preferred or obtainable): Cert IV in Community Services or Youth Work, Community Surf Rescue or Bronze Medallion.
