Full-Time Groundsperson

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Groundsperson to join our Facilities team.

While we’d love someone with experience, this is also a fantastic opportunity for a recent Year 12 graduate looking for a productive gap year!

It’s a great way to gain hands-on skills in landscaping and maintenance in a familiar school environment before deciding on their next steps.

What’s the job?

You’ll be the hands-on force keeping our campus looking its best. This isn’t just “mowing lawns”—it’s a diverse role where you’ll:

Own the Outdoors: Maintain lush gardens and sporting areas.
Get Creative: Assist in landscaping, new plantings, and soil prep for major grounds projects.
Master the Tech: Operate and maintain professional groundskeeping machinery and irrigation systems.
Keep it Safe: Ensure school grounds are safe and tidy for students.
Stay Active: Spend your day working outdoors in a collaborative, supportive school community.

Even if you haven’t used a commercial mower before, if you are reliable, physically fit, and willing to learn, we want to hear from you!

It’s a great way to build a reference-heavy resume while staying active.
