The Wantirna South Campus is seeking a full-time Music Programs Administrator to support the effective operation of the College’s music programs. Working closely with the Head of Music, this role plays a key part in the administration of the Private Music Program, supporting students from Year 1 to Year 12, Instrumental Music Tutors, and families through clear communication, accurate records and well-managed processes.
The Music Programs Administrator oversees timetabling, tutor administration, instrument hire and program documentation, and supports the organisation of concerts, ensembles, performances and music-related events across both Primary and Secondary. With a strong focus on organisation and collaboration, this role helps ensure music programs run smoothly and enables students to participate fully in the musical life of the College.
You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple schedules, deadlines and stakeholders with accuracy and care
- Have good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience working in a school Music Department will be highly regarded
- Have high level communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment while also managing tasks independently
- Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
- Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities
