Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2024.

The Narre Warren South Campus is seeking a proactive and organised Timetabler (FTE 0.6) to work across both the Primary and Secondary School of the Narre Warren South Campus. The Timetabler will rely on their problem solving and negotiation skills to work in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the College’s planned curriculum.

You are an ideal candidate if you:

  • Demonstrate high level of analytical problem-solving skills
  • Possess high level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ideally (but not essential) have experience in schools, recruitment or agency work
  • Ideally (but not essential) have experience working with databases and resource management software
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
  • Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities
