Warwick Christian College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Aide to join our lower primary team. This is a full-time role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children’s learning and development in their vital early learning years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of education activities, under the direction of a teacher
- Administration assistance to Teachers as required
- Assist with playground/bus supervision
- Supporting students with their academic learning, individually or within a group
- Assisting in numeracy and literacy programs
- Communicating effectively and displaying high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member
Successful Applicants must have:
- A minimum Certificate III in Education Support (or similar qualification)
- A current QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and families
- A proactive and supportive approach, with the ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills in daily tasks
- Competency with technology – advantageous but not essential
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people, and a commitment to supporting their learning, wellbeing, and success
- A flexible, student-focused mindset, with a commitment to supporting excellence in education
- A Commitment to Christian values and fostering a positive school culture
