Join a professional and welcoming Secondary School team to teach Physical Education and Outdoor Education from Year 7 to Year 12 – Contract for Term 1.
Teachers at Tyndale Christian School Strathalbyn confidently meet the academic, social, physical and emotional needs of their students by building strong and caring relationships and providing quality education in their field of expertise. Through a restorative approach to behaviour management, teachers develop relationships with students for the benefit of their learning and growth, and establish and maintain clear communication and connection with the parent community.
This role includes teaching Physical Education, SACE Outdoor Education and the organisation and attendance of Outdoor Education excursions and camps. Experience in SACE and Outdoor Education adventures, including preparing and leading camps is preferred but not essential.
An allocation of time is also given for the running of Secondary PE events in Term 1, including overseeing Term 1 Secondary SACSA teams.
