This rewarding role is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people as they explore career pathways, develop employability skills and prepare for life beyond school.
Working as part of our Student Futures team, you will provide career guidance, facilitate Morrisby Profile interviews, support students with pathway planning, resumes, job applications and interview preparation, and coordinate meaningful workplace learning opportunities. You will also contribute to the delivery of Student Futures programmes, supporting initiatives such as Industry Connections, including building partnerships with employers and supporting coordination of events such as the Student Futures Expo, and Work Ready, delivering programmes that equip students with the skills and confidence to enter the workforce.

Tyndale Christian School is seeking an enthusiastic and relational Careers Mentor to join our Student Futures team. Working collaboratively, you will support students through career pathway planning, workplace learning and employability programmes, helping them develop the skills, confidence and connections needed for life beyond school.
The Careers Mentor will also lead a key portfolio within the team – Work Ready, delivering programmes that equip students with practical employability skills including resume writing, interview preparation and workplace readiness.

Additional requirements:
Current Cert IV in Career Development or a willingness to work towards this
