ELC EDUCATORS

- 30 hours per week, 40 – 48 weeks per year (negotiable)

Tyndale ELC Strathalbyn and Murray Bridge offer education and care programs for children from 2 years old-preschool age. We have a dedicated team of educators who are passionate about running excellent, inclusive and nurturing programs that allow our children to thrive and achieve their God-given potential.
We are seeking multiple outstanding Early Childhood Educators to join our team in 2026. Permanent, 12-month contract and casual/relief roles are available so please indicate in your cover letter whether you are seeking a permanent, contracted, or casual role. There is opportunity for casual work to be offered in both our Strathalbyn and Murray Bridge ELCs so please also indicate your availability for cross-campus work.
Hourly rate paid well above childcare award rates, with dedicated admin time for all team members.
Flexibility to have time off during School Holidays or work to ‘top up’ annual income.
Annual leave paid during centre closure of 3 weeks in Dec/Jan.
Regular staff professional development days, including paid First Aid updates.

Minimum qualification: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Desired qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
