About the Role
The Student Office Assistant is responsible for providing effective administrative and first aid support to students, parents and staff in the Student Office with a focus on student-related administration. This is a busy, diverse and varied frontline position that is people and service focused. The Student Office Assistant is responsible to the Principal through the Business Manager and Office Manager.
This is a casual position with the possibility of conversion to an ongoing part-time position of one day a week for 42 weeks a year (school term times plus two extra weeks at start of school semesters).

- initiative in using / adopting ICTs to facilitate administrative tasks;
- knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
