The Role
The Enrolment Manager is often the first point of contact with whom a prospective family will engage and is therefore a critical role in the life of the school. Enrolments must be dealt with efficiently and in a manner that is God honouring and consistent with the School’s vision to provide a Christ-centred education in a learning community of Love, Nurture and Service. The role is administrative, requiring a commitment to detail and is also people focused, requiring a commitment to offering potential families with excellent service.
The Enrolment Manager has some supervisory responsibility and reports to the Business Manager and works closely with the Principal, Heads of School and other administration staff, as well as having close contact with parents and incoming students. As such, this position requires well developed people and communication skills.
This is an ongoing, full-time position with four weeks annual leave.
Selection Criteria
Qualifications and Experience
> Tertiary qualifications in Business Development or extensive experience in a related field, preferably in a school context
Experience
> Min of 3 years’ experience working in business development role
> Applying policy and related guidance documents to inform work
> Demonstrated experience in dealing appropriately with highly confidential and sensitive information
> Well-developed Microsoft Office Skills and experience working with databases/platforms
> Development of business activity reports to inform strategic planning
> Supervising staff with day-to-day operations

> High-level administrative and strong organisational ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
> High degree of professionalism, integrity and personal presentation and be self-directed, highly motivated, reliable, loyal, and trustworthy.
> Good working knowledge and understanding of database management programs with a proven ability to learn new systems and procedures; flexible and adaptable.
> Well-developed Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
> Demonstrated experience in dealing appropriately with highly confidential and sensitive information.
> Collaborative and servant approach to working in a team with a proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other team members consistent with the Christian values and beliefs of the school.
> Desirable criteria – experience with school information systems, and the Enrol HQ or Digistorm Funnel systems.

> Details of education and professional training and qualifications and membership of relevant peak body/professional organisation.
Certified copies of transcripts, degrees/other qualifications and certificates, and proof of registration with any relevant professional organisations will be required should you successfully reach the interview round.
