Toongabbie Christian College is a Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational College in the western suburbs of Sydney. The College is a ministry of Toongabbie Baptist Church. Our purpose is providing a Christ-centred education for life and eternity.
Toongabbie Christian College seeks to appoint an HR Assistant who will:
- Maintain a commitment to a faithful walk with the Lord Jesus Christ
- Demonstrate ongoing commitment to the College’s Purpose and Purpose statements
- Commit to a growing understanding of the place of education, teaching and learning from a Biblical Worldview
- Set an example to students, staff and parents/carers in matters of faith and conduct
The Role
- This is a permanent part-time (0.6 FTE role): days of work are negotiable; however, Monday is required
- This is an office-based role that will commence 28 April 2025
- Level 3, Step 1 Core Scale in accordance with the NSW Christian Schools General Staff MEA commensurate with experience ($78,089 per annum pro rata)
- Stand down during Student Vacation periods: you will be on stand down for 1 week at the end of each term. In the event that they College requires you to work any of the expected stand down periods, you will be paid at the applicable casual rate

Specific Criteria
- Extensive administrative experience required
- Database management experience
- High level skills in Microsoft Office suite and Google platform
