Secondary TAS Teacher

Toongabbie Christian College is a Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational College in the western suburbs of Sydney. The College is a ministry of Toongabbie Baptist Church. Our purpose is to provide a Christ-centred education for life and eternity.

Toongabbie Christian College seeks to appoint a Secondary TAS Teacher who will:

• Maintain a commitment to a faithful walk with the Lord Jesus Christ
• Demonstrate ongoing commitment to the College’s Purpose and Purpose statements
• Commit to a growing understanding of the place of education, teaching and learning from a Biblical Worldview
• Set an example to students, staff and parents/carers in matters of faith and conduct

The Role

• This is a permanent full-time role commencing Thursday, 15 January 2026
• Employment is in accordance with the current NSW Christian Schools Teaching Staff MEA

Specific Criteria

• Ability to teach Year 7-12 TAS subjects
• Experience in teaching Stage 5 or 6 Design and Technology or Industrial Technology preferred

• Evidence of a First Aid credential or a commitment to obtain such a credential by the commencement date

Selection process

• Interviews are set for 5 November 2025 from 11.00am. Candidates must be available to interview in person.
• The Interview Panel reserves the right to commence interviews prior to the closing date
