As a part of the leadership team you will:

• Provide strategic leadership for Learning Strategies and Programs that support students with additional learning and support needs
• Lead and support key teachers and Education Support Officers in designing and delivering differentiated and adapted educational programs for students with diverse learning profiles
• Contribute to the holistic development and wellbeing of all students, and actively support the College in fulfilling its Mission
• Foster the College’s ethos and values, promote continuous improvement, contribute to policy development, and build collaborative learning environments across the community
• Be part of a dedicated and supportive Christian workplace

About us

Temple Christian College is a member of Adelaide Christian Schools and educates students from Year 7 to 12. We are a Christian co-educational school operating over three campuses offering quality teaching and learning opportunities and outstanding facilities. We encourage each student in the development of their Christian character and calling. Acting as an extension of the home and the Christian church, our passion is to provide a safe and encouraging Christian community to prepare our students for life beyond the classroom.

Who are we looking for

We are seeking passionate and suitably qualified individuals to join our team. As part of our Teaching faculty, you will be expected to:

• Demonstrate excellence in all aspects of teaching.
• Hold a current South Australian Teachers Registration.
• Have a strong commitment to Christian education and a determination to serve God in a Christian school environment.

The successful applicant will:

• Be a genuine, enthusiastic and responsible team player, with a desire to work compassionately with students and alongside work colleagues
• Be a committed Christian active in church fellowship
• Have (or be willing to obtain) a current Working with Children Check
• Be residing in and have entitlements to work in South Australia
• Have suitable qualifications, training and skills to match the role
