About us Temple Christian College is a Year 7 to 12 Christian co-educational school operating over three campuses in metropolitan Adelaide. About the role The Policy and Compliance Officer will be an active contributor to the strong governance culture in operation at the College. If you have experience in the following, we welcome your application:

• Writing and reviewing policies
• Interpreting legislative requirements to apply to policy and compliance
• Streamlining processes through continuous improvement
• Explaining complex matters in easy-to-understand language
• Work, Health and Safety principles

• Be a committed Christian active in church fellowship
• Be residing in and have entitlements to work in South Australia
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
• Able to foster, build and maintain positive work relationships through collaboration and respect
• Able to complete variable workloads to a high standard while meeting deadlines
• Hold a current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Have suitable qualifications, training and skills to match the role
