Northshore Christian Grammar School (NCGS), a growing K–12 school located in the coastal suburb of Alkimos, is part of the Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA). We are seeking an organised, caring, and capable Student Services Officer to join our growing team in a part-time, permanent position, commencing 12 October 2026 or at a negotiated time. This role will be 43 weeks per year with 37.5 hours of work per week, equivalent to 0.9042 FTE with 9 weeks of paid leave.
You will carry out key Student Services duties including student support, first aid, parent communication, and general administration to help keep our school running smoothly each day.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Be the first point of contact for students, providing support and guidance throughout the school day.
- Manage student records, attendance administration and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide first aid support, administer medication and maintain accurate student medical records and wellbeing information.
- Support effective communication by responding to enquiries and preparing student-related correspondence.
- Provide administrative support through record management, documentation processing and assisting in event coordination.
- Manage student information confidentially and in accordance with school policies and legislative requirements.
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrates a personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and is an active member of a Christian Church, living in accordance with the Association’s Statement of Faith.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- High level of IT literacy.
- Ability to collaborate with co-workers and the community.
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), and Department of Education Criminal History Clearance, or willingness to apply.
Desirable Selection Criteria:

- To have appropriate qualifications in the advertised area – TAFE/Business College.
- Experience in a school office environment.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and TASS.
- First Aid Certificate.
