Northshore Christian Grammar School (NCGS), a growing K–12 school located in the coastal suburb of Alkimos, is part of the Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA). We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our growing Secondary team in a full-time, ongoing position commencing 1 January 2027.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Teach Secondary English aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum.
- Deliver engaging, differentiated learning that inspires student success.
- Develop high-quality curriculum, assessment and reporting practices.
- Foster positive classroom culture and strong student wellbeing.
- Collaborate with a supportive and dedicated teaching team.
- Contribute to the vibrant academic, co-curricular and Christian life of the School.
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrates a personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and is an active member of a Christian Church, living in accordance with the Association’s Statement of Faith and Educational Objectives.
- Evidence of competence teaching English in a Secondary School.
- Commitment to the establishment and maintenance of quality relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective and constructive team member and a willingness to fully participate in school activities.
- Current Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA) registration and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to apply.
