The opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our 4-year-old Kindy room, commencing 19 January 2026. This full-time position offers the possibility of part-time hours for the right candidate. Applicants who have completed at least 50% of their Early Childhood Teaching degree—or who hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and are currently studying towards their degree—may be eligible under a Special Authority. We’re looking for someone who brings creativity, warmth, and enthusiasm to the classroom, fostering a love of learning and helping each child grow with confidence and joy.

About you
Your passion for early learning shines through in everything you do. You bring energy, imagination, and warmth to the classroom, making play-based learning engaging and purposeful. You’re collaborative, open, and supportive—building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. We are looking for someone who:
- Is suitably qualified with a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, or at least 50% completed degree for special authority, or enrolled in degree while also holding a relevant Diploma.
- Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.
- Has an outstanding attention to detail.
- Has the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has a current Working With Children Check, have completed Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training, and Protective Practices training or be willing to complete these upon commencement.
