Early Learning Centre Teacher

The opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our 4-year-old room starting in Term 3, 2025. This part-time role (3 days per week – days negotiable) is a job-share arrangement with another teacher. You’ll be based in our Kindy room, working alongside a supportive team of passionate Educators and Directors.

About you

You’re passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a warm, supportive space for children’s first steps into education. With a focus on school readiness and smooth transitions from home to care, you bring energy, creativity, and structure to every learning moment. We’re looking for someone who leads with heart, builds strong relationships with families, and brings the Early Years Learning Framework to life every day.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is suitably qualified with a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent or at least 50% completed degree for special authority.
• Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.
• Has an outstanding attention to detail.
• Has the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Has a current Working With Children Check, have completed Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training, and Protective Practices training or be willing to complete these upon commencement.
