Staines Memorial College is seeking a customer service superstar to join our Administration Team as our College Receptionist. We are looking for someone to fill a maternity contract (up to 12 months) 76 hrs per fortnight – term time only with likely additional hours in the term break. If you enjoy dealing with people, have a strong customer focus and thrive in a fast-paced environment – this is the role for you! The successful applicant will be highly motivated and have the ability to offer our customers a unique customer experience every time. Building strong working relationships with our students and their families through the provision of warm and friendly customer service is must. Some experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential. All training will be provided by our highly experienced team, with ongoing support provided. Immediate start.
· Exceptional communication skills
· Work collaboratively to respond to customer enquiries.
· Work autonomously and be supportive of the Administration Team – accept instruction and show initiative.
· Confidence to problem solve and multi-task.
· Highly motivated team player who is engaged and able to work under pressure.
· Process payments.
· Draft basic correspondence and accurate data entry
· Ability to show empathy, be resilient and highly adaptable. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
