The successful applicant will be:
- a dynamic Christian educator whose personal qualities include enthusiasm and optimism;
- committed to the ethos, vision and mission of the College for Christ-centred, biblically-based schooling and have a particular calling to excellence within the Secondary faculty;
- an active and committed member of a Christian Church;
- committed to the ministry of Christian schooling;
- an energetic, highly motivated self-starter;
- appropriately qualified;
- dedicated to the pastoral care of students;
- able to provide a stimulating and relevant learning environment which facilitates students maximising their potential;
- familiar with differentiated assessment strategies and technologies that assist student success within the classroom setting.
In addition to the substantive teaching position, the applicant may apply to be considered for the Sports Co-Ordinator role. The Sports Co-Ordinator role may be in addition to the substantive teaching position.
