Southern Vales Christian College is a vibrant and growing Foundation to Year 12 school with campuses at Morphett Vale and Aldinga. The College is a ministry of Harvest Australia Church.

Secondary Teacher – Science

Up to 1.0 FTE replacement contract

Commencing Term 3, 2026

The successful applicant will have/be:

• A dynamic and enthusiastic Christian educator with a heart for students;
• Committed to Christ-centred, biblically-based education;
• Passionate about using music to inspire and engage Secondary students;
• An active member of a Christian church community;
• Motivated to contribute to the College’s mission and vision;
• Appropriately qualified in Secondary education;
• Able to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment;
• Skilled in differentiated assessment and classroom technologies;
• Dedicated to the pastoral care and spiritual growth of students;
• A proactive, energetic self-starter with a commitment to excellence;
• Provide pastoral care and wellbeing support to students, including responsibility for a Pastoral/Home Group (mentor group) or similar advisory class;
• In addition to teaching, there is an opportunity to deliver The Rite Journey program, and prior familiarity with the program would be highly regarded.
