Education Support Officer

Are you passionate about supporting students to reach their full potential? Rivergum Christian College is seeking a caring and dedicated Education Support Officer to join our team, working across both Primary and Secondary years. Permanent 1.0FTE 40 weeks of the year (term time).

In this role, you’ll provide classroom and individual learning support for students with diverse learning needs, helping them engage confidently and achieve successful outcomes. Working collaboratively with teachers and the Education Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every learner is supported, valued, and encouraged.
