An exciting opportunity is available for a Student Learning Support Officer (Teacher’s Aide) to join our dedicated staff team from Term 1 2026. The successful applicant will be passionate about Christian education with a desire to contribute to the vision of our College and provide excellence in learning support for our students. Experience as a Laboratory Technician is a desirable criteria.
Richmond Christian College is a small but growing school providing big opportunities located in Ballina on the Northern Rivers of NSW. We currently have 347 students Pre-Kindy to Year 12 and our vision is to provide a Christ centred learning community exploring and impacting God’s world providing students with identity, purpose and hope.
All staff are members of local Christian churches who display a love for Jesus and others while contributing to a Christ-centred, biblically grounded, culturally engaging and academically rigorous education that instils hope and equips children to live for God’s glory.
