Regents Park Christian School is a Christ-centred learning community based on biblical principles. The school is co-educational from Years K to 12. The vision of the school is to support families in educating their children from a Christian perspective.
Regents Park Christian School offers extensive professional learning opportunities for staff within a supportive and collaborative environment. We are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of English Teacher to commence Term 3, 2025.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Quality teaching and learning practices, including planning and implementing well-sequenced programs that engage students and promote learning.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications for the position and NESA teacher accreditation.
- Ability and experience teaching English across Stages 4, 5 and 6.
- Willingness to teach, or experience teaching Stage 6 Advanced English and Ext 1 English is preferred.
- High level communication skills appropriate to establishing and maintaining effective and respectful relationships with students, staff and parents.
- An understanding of and commitment to student wellbeing and engagement as per the RPCS GROW Framework.
- Commitment to professional learning.
- A deep understanding of Christian education.
ESSENTIAL: Applicants must be a committed Christian who is able to obtain a written reference from their current Protestant church minister.
