Regents Park Christian School is seeking a marketing and communications professional with a passion for promotion, public relations and content creation.  This role focuses on building, enhancing and maintaining our school’s visual identity and reputation through strategic marketing and profile-raising activities.  This role involves establishing and maintaining positive relationships across numerous stakeholder groups including the school executive, staff, parents and the broader community.  The successful applicant will develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns across various channels.  You will support the school in attracting and maintaining enrolments, alumni relations, fundraising and community engagement and will cover management of the school web site, social media, and its relevant content. The role includes oversight of all student recruitment, development of our database/s, surveys as required, ad hoc reports and analyses and management of promotional events.  You will also demonstrate a sound ability to be proactive, innovative, creative and flexible. This position allows for significant autonomy and requires management of all activities (planning, execution and review).  The role reports directly to the General Manager. Essential Criteria ·                Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, PR discipline ·                Advanced copy and content writing skills ·                Extensive experience with social media and digital communications ·                Ability to write and execute marketing, communication plans and strategies ·                Experience in student recruitment and/or marketing ·                High-level written communication and proof-reading skills with high attention to detail ·                Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills ·                Excellent time management and administration skills ·                Sound knowledge and experience in website content management/maintenance (WordPress preferable -not essential) ·                Skills in the full suite of MS Office as well as Adobe Creative Suite Mandatory requirements include: ·                Current Working With Children Check approval number for paid employment ·                Active Christian faith and current church involvement Please email your application to and include the following: ·                Completed application form – ·                Cover letter evidencing your suitability and experience to fulfil the criteria above ·                Full CV including qualifications and work experience ·                A written Minister’s reference from your current church Application Close:  Monday, 4 October 2021
