ABOUT THE ROLE

Regent College has an opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher (Kindergarten) to join our School community.

The role is a full-time 1.0 FTE fixed-term position, commencing Term 1, 2025. Key to the Role:

To carry out the professional duties of a teacher in accordance with the school’s policies, under the direction of the Principal. The successful applicants will have:

• Knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education, including an excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Knowledge and understanding of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to working collaboratively.
• A creative and caring approach to teaching
• A strong commitment to the development of the College pedagogy via avenues such as targeted professional learning and collaboration with colleagues.
• Confidence in sharing their Christian faith within the College community.
