About the Position
The Deputy Head of Senior School: Students at Redlands College is a pivotal role and a member of the College’s Educational Leadership Team. The Deputy Head of Senior School: Students is responsible to the Head of Senior School, for the leadership and management of academic, behavioural and cultural care of students in the sub-school. The Deputy Head of Senior School: Students will work closely with the Head of Senior School to facilitate the effective operational goals of the Senior School, within the mission and vision of the College.
The position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sub-school and is supported in this function by a team of Classroom Teachers, Pastoral Deans, Academic Deans, Wellbeing and Enrichment Staff.

It is anticipated the selection process will occur during Term 3, with an appointment made by the end of Term 3. This role will commence in Term 1, 2023. This position is employed as a permanent teaching staff member, with the Deputy role as a position of added responsibility. This role has a 0.5 FTE teaching load.
