Appointment: Part-time 60% (3 days). (49 weeks, including 4 weeks annual leave).
Classification: Education Services (General) Award 2020. Level 1.3
Salary Range: FTE $57,452
Start Date: Immediate Start
Purpose:
The School Receptionist and Administration support position is to be a welcoming first contact for parents and guests and to support the college’s day-to-day operations. The role includes answering the telephone, welcoming visitors, data input, document creation, and other assigned duties.

Duties and responsibilities
- Work with discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality
- Database entry
- Creation of documents such as student year-level subject books
- Maintains records and files.
- Weekly newsletter
- Answering the phone, responding to enquiries, redirecting messages.
- Setting up for morning teas/lunches
- General administrative support as required.
