Music Teacher – Primary & Year 7 (Pre-Flight)

0.62 -.7  FTE | Ongoing – Commencing Term 1, 2026. 

Red Rock Christian College is seeking a passionate and creative Music educator to deliver our Primary and Year 7 (Pre-Flight) Music programs. This is a part-time position with the potential for expansion depending on the applicant’s experience and interests.

Salary Range: FTE $82,302 – $122,191

The Role:

• Teach classroom music in the primary years, including whole-class and small group instruction (keyboard and guitar focus)
• Deliver the Year 7 Music curriculum (Pre-Flight)
• Opportunity to coordinate our end-of-year Presentation Night (with additional time release available)
• Potential to grow the secondary music program and contribute to the wider Performing Arts events and experiences.

• Brings enthusiasm and vision for creative, student-centred music education
• Has experience teaching a range of instruments and musical styles
• Is organised and confident coordinating performance events
• Is committed to working in partnership with staff, students and families in a Christ-centred learning  environment
• Models a vibrant Christian faith and aligns with the College’s mission and values
