We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following casual relief positions:
Relief Administration Staff
This position is to provide support in Reception, Student Services, Uniform Shop and other corporate services functions as required
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration or customer service experience.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good professional relationships with students and parents.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of organisation and ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to adapt quickly to different tasks and work environments.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Is able to work with composure under pressure.
- Is supportive and will embrace the College’s Christian ethos and values.
Requirements:
- Relevant Administrative experience (school-based experience is highly regarded)
- A knowledge of the TASS Database would be advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Relief Grounds & Maintenance Staff
We are also seeking reliable and skilled Grounds & Maintenance relief staff to join our casual pool.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with general groundskeeping, gardening, and upkeep of College facilities
- Performing basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs as required
- Ensuring the College grounds and facilities are presented to a high standard
- Supporting the Facilities team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
Relief Excursion Bus Driver
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious bus driver to assist with transporting students and staff for school excursions, camps, sporting events, and other off-site activities as needed. This is a casual role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is available on short notice or for planned events throughout the school year.
- Current HR driver’s license is essential
- Prior experience driving a school or commercial bus (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus for excursions and events
- Ensure students are transported in a manner consistent with Christian values and College policies
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide a friendly, calm, and professional presence on trips
- Follow all road safety regulations and school procedures
Additional Requirements for all positions:
- Passion for living out your Christian faith and commitment to the College’s Ethos and Core Values
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current National Police Clearance (Issued in the past 3 months).
- Current First Aid Qualification (essential for Relief Admin and Bus Driving position, and highly desirable for Relief Grounds and Maintenance)
- The successful applicant will be expected to complete the National Principal, Child Safe Modules if not already completed.
- Legal right to live and work in Australia (VEVO checks will be conducted).
